TERM & CONDITIONS:

1. Payment Mode: 
Full payment required for all reserved / per-order items.  Kindly make your payment within 48 hours after you have placed your order with us.  For payments not received within 48 hours, orders will not processed and will be considered as void/cancel.

a. For Local Customers (Singapore)
We accept Bank Transfers (ATM or Internet Banking).  Kindly drop us an email on your transfer details as below.
Date and Time of your transfer, initial name and reference no.
Remark: Payment from 3rd parties' bank usually will take 2-3 working days to credit 

b. For Overseas Customer (Outside Singapore)
Please drop us an email at icotsstork@gmail.com for ordering and enquiries. We will advise you on the shipment and payment detail.     

2. Delivery Mode:
All our parcel are send by Sing-post.

a. For Local Customers (Singapore)
By Normal or Registered Mail.
We strongly recommend to customer to opt for Registered Mail as Icots Stork LLP will not be responsible for the parcel lost through normal mail.   
       
b. Overseas Customers (Outside Singapore)
Parcels are sent via Singapore Post Worldwide Speed-Post Service.
Shipment and Handling charges will be applicable on the total weight of your parcel.  The delivery lead time varies from country to country.  Please contact us at icotsstork@gmail.com to find out more details.

3. Cancellation / Refund / Exchange Mode:
We regret that goods purchased are not refundable / exchangeable unless the goods are proved to be defective (Tear, stains and Etc.) or wrong sizes or design which has been out to you.
All items are subject to stock availablilty.  If items are out of stock or cancellation due to production, full payment will be refund to you within 24hours.

4. Preorder Event Mode:
The waiting time for each preorder event will take about 14-21 working days to be delivery to you after the closing date together with full payment had made.  Please understand that we have no control over the quality/ product details Eg: measurement of the item ordered as all this information are provided by overseas manufacturer.  Please allow some slight difference/allowance on the measurement of each item.  We will not responsible/entertain any complaints or personal dislike or dissatisfaction with the quality & design of the products.  Please buy on your own comfortness.
